Arkaba Hotel Commission

Adelaide Central School of Art is proud to partner with the Arkaba Hotel for the annual Arkaba Hotel Commission

The Commission was established to provide funding for an emerging artist, who is a recent graduate from Adelaide Central School of Art, to produce a large, site-specific work in response to the Arkaba Hotel in the main stairwell.

The work is then displayed at the Hotel for 12 months before being sold at a fundraising auction and dinner. Proceeds from the sale of the artwork support the $7500 Bachelor of Visual Art (Honours) Scholarship, which provides financial support towards study-related expenses.
