Student Studios

More space, more interaction

The Studios for 36 students are spacious, with ample natural light and vistas over the campus. Private and secure, with special purpose storage and wet areas adjacent, each studio is designed to provide an environment conducive to creative output. BVA (Hons) students have their own dedicated studio, and final year BVA students share a studio with one other student. The location and grouping of the studios on each level encourages a collegiate environment, strategic for ongoing critical discussion and evaluation.

A tax-deductible donation of $5,000 will provide the donor with studio naming rights for 5 years.

More books, better access

The new Library has a focus on quality reference books, monographs, journals and audio-visual material to make it a leading arts resource for South Australia. To date, the lending capacity of the Library has been limited due to staffing and equipment. Due to recent success in obtaining a major grant we are currently introducing an RFID (radio frequency identification) system to tag the School's books enabling greater access to, and borrowing rights for, the School's library resources,  We are dedicated to increasing art resources for our students, and actively source reference material from the private libraries of prominent curators and historians. The new Library holds the academic library of curator Terence Maloon, generously donated to the School in 2011.

A tax-deductible donation will support the development and resourcing of the Library.

More exhibitions, better lighting

Please refer to Gallery section of our website for more information on our programs.

A tax-deductible donation of $1,000 will support the Gallery's exhibition program and will be acknowledged on the donor board.
