Summer Sessions for Teenagers

21 - 22 January 2017

Join artists James Dodd, Julia Robinson and Luke Thurgate for two days of art making at Adelaide Central School of Art. Hosted in our award-winning campus, the Summer Sessions program is for teenagers aged 13 – 17. 

Rotate your way through three different workshops based on painting, sculpture and drawing including: 

  • Aerosol Painting with James Dodd
    Learn some basic spray painting skills, get an introduction to stencil processes and make a collaborative, mobile painting

  • Low-Relief Sculptures with Julia Robinson
    Make your own intricate, low-relief sculpture using everyday materials and then join them together to create a huge group installation

  • Figure Drawing with Luke Thurgate
    Experiment with figure drawing using costumed life models and a range of drawing materials and different surfaces

Times: 10am - 4pm
Cost: $190 - All materials included. Light refreshments will be provided. BYO lunch.
Suit: 13 - 17 years. Maximum 25 places
