FEE-HELP

In 2007 Adelaide Central School of Art was granted Commonwealth Higher Education Provider status.

This allows eligible ACSA students to access FEE-HELP tuition loans to cover the cost of their studies commencing in 2008.

Some quick FEE-HELP facts:

  • The FEE-HELP student loan scheme is available to any Australian citizen with a tax file number and is applicable to all or part of tuition fees.
  • Undergraduate students considering the FEE-HELP payment option should note that a 20% loan fee applies to their FEE-HELP loan.  No loan fee is charged for Postgraduate units of study.
  • The Australian Government pays the amount of the student loan direct to ACSA.
  • Students repay the Government through the Australian taxation system once their repayment income is above the minimum repayment threshold for compulsory repayment.
  • Over their lifetime, a student may borrow up to $81,600.

For more information ask for a FEE-HELP information booklet at the School or visit www.goingtouni.gov.au for full details.
